Hardcore motorheads come in

Chips dont' work on neons.. its crap.. the only thing that enchances the ECU on any dodge car is a better ECU.. if its a 1995-1999 you can get a A/FX ECU (450, plus core and redlines at 8100 if you get the race no pt but wtf) or a Mopar ECU (250 redlines at 7500 ideal).
