It is dependant on what you want though.
Will you be supplying the kit?

The last one I did, a '67 Malibu, the guy supplied the kit and I charged him $100 for the rest but that included my costs for paint, wheels, etc.
That also involved me converting the kit from a Chevelle SS to a Malibu which included body work.

That is why I asked what kit you wanted built, you mention you want mods but not what you want. It's all relative.

black in color (close to factory)
black interior (close to factory)
original 17's but black w/ chrome lip
black tinted windows
tail lights-clear lens with inside black chrome
headlights-clear lens withinside black chrome
same with foglights if possible
lowered
stock looking engine (if applicable)

extra- if possible

doors open/close
trunk open/close
hood open/close
working headlights, tail lights, and fog lights

i'll be buying kit and u supply the rest

adding an engine would make this a more expensive task. building it curbside (without opening hood and doors etc..) would be a cheaper route. you could have that model built with a supra engine and opening doors and hood but your looking at a much more expensive model.
