Looking for some help and advice on an exhaust system.
Are those universal Bombz mufflers they have all over eBay any good? How do they get installed, given the annoying transverse OEM muffler that's under the car? Do I need to get a whole new midpipe to replace the entire rear section? In that case, maybe I should go with a whole bolt-on cat-back system? I've been also looking at an OBX full cat-back Type-H system for $250, bolt-on installation, but not sure I want to spend that much. Guaranteed to fit and no welding. ANY RECOMMENDATIONS OR ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED!! THANKS!! |

if your not sure you wanna spend 250 on a cat-back you might want to start either a)making your own parts or having a custom made cat-back
or b)start stealing parts |

with an electric powered sawzall and some good running shoes........ok maybe not but yeah the mufflers off of ebay will work you buy them and take them to a muffler shop have the redo the pipeing from the cat back 2 1/4 inch and you'll have a catback exhaust for less then half the price more than likely.

not sure exactly. i had a maxspeed muffler on my 93 teg with 2 1/4 it sounded pretty good i got compliments. on ebay i would just go with a muffler design i liked. those titanium ones with the blue on the tip look pretty good. i know someone with one on there 02 civic it sounds pretty good but a b18 would have a deeper sound.
