B20 motor
In order to do the B20/Vtec setup this are some things you have to change. Depending on the year of the B20 you get they come with a type r oil pump. If you get an older B20 then you will have to swap it out for the type r oil pump. Also you are going to need a couple of oil lines and a tee. Also doing the B20/Vtec setup you have to have the valve lash area on the piston cut to fit the B16 Valves. The B20 manifold will not bolt up to the B16 head either, strong suggestion use the Type R manifold. In the CRX you have a cable tranny, the only GSR tranny that you would be able to run would be the 92-93 B17 GSR tranny. Sugeestion on that note would be to use the JDM YS1 tranny with the factory LSD!!!! The stock CRX Si computer will not work either unless you were to go straight B20, But in your case going Vtec you have to have a Vtec ECU. In your case being pretty new to the game I would run a stock computer with a revlimiter so you don't blow the motor(B20's have a bad habit of cracking piston rings). In order to do all of this you are going to need a mount kit & also shift linkage. Any other questions plz feel free to ask. Good Luck with everything hopefully I have been some help to you.

i was planning to do a b20-vtec swap into my 95' integra...but i heard the motor gets shocked at around 30,000 miles...i plan to use it longer than that since it would be a daily driver...what else can i do to the motor to increase it's life other than the usual oil change and sparks?...thanx
