warranty

I read today that ford has some type of warranty that may be used after your warranty has expired. I ahd warranty work done before the warranty ran out and the problem is still not fixed. The dealer has the truck and says Ford will pay a portion and they will pay a portion and I have to pay the other. The portions that I had read today were 80% for ford and 10% for the dealer and 10% to be paid by me does anybody know of this to be true.
