Rule changes for 2004....its karting by the way

yes, my class (TKM) has decided to change its rules.

basically it comprises a rise in the max capacity of the engine, the min weight has increased and various changes are now allowed to the chassis.

the capacity thing alone will cost me £200 (i have 2 engines) not to mention the £240 for engine rebuilds and the possible extra few hundred for fitting a clutch. looks like i wont be having any presents for christmas.
