Matrix Dots on rear window

I just got my Aurora tinted and I have some matrix dots on the back window of my car. The tint is sort of uneven, I heard you can fix it by rubbing it with a towel or something, can someone help me out here, thanks

Re: Matrix Dots on rear window

I've been told that heating the tint with a hair drier will help it smooth down easier. I'm not a professional though, so don't take my word for it. If you're unsatisfied with something that a professional did, take it back and have them fix it. If you're paying for service, you shouldn't have to settle for anything less than what you pay for.
