replacing 1991 Honda Prelude light bulb

Hi,

I been trying to replace both fog light bulbs for my 1991 Honda prelude, I unscrewed 4 screws that were holding + 2 clips . But I can not get it to get it out. I will appreciates if you can you help me?

there should be two bolts that hold the fog light bracket in place. after taking them out the light housing should come down so that you can replace the bulb.
