Extra Horses
How much extra horsepower will i get out of an E303 cam and a set of cobra rocker arms? would i be better to put on a new intake and heads first or go with the cam and rocker arms?

Installing the E cam with .498" lift and Cobra roller rockers (1.7 ratio) would give you an approximate valve lift of .528". The stock heads and valves springs wouldn't fully compliment the extra lift of the cam. You may also float you valves at higher rpms without new stiffer valve springs. My suggestion is do the heads and cam swap at the same time, then go for the new intake manifold.
