Lubing bushings

Hey i was confused about how to lube bushings. Do you just spray some in the center of the bushing(hole) or the outside of it?

Which bushings are you talking about? That makes a big differenace.

Sorry about that. I was wondering about the bushings on the lower arm in the rear.
