Alright, my buddy owns an eagle talon and chills and talks on a forum on the website www.orldsm.com anyways, i was reading posts from these dudes, and i swear to god every single post was yeah i fucked up some dumbass ricer driving an integra or a civic.. Wtf seriously, A TSI Talon 90-91 has 195 horse or so? So fucking what, they are running 14.80 - 16 seconds. What is everyone else running in the honda world? IM driving a 91 integra b18a1, I know they will smoke my ass but the souped up integra and civics must be able to take a damn turbo talon or eclipse?

Anyways it just pisses me off, like they are all big shit thinking they can dominate in every aspect of anything..

Alot of people are what I call "Brand Nazi's" they think that __________________ is the only good car in the world. Sorry but everyone from Yugo to Ferrari has its pros, cons and lemons. Also it's not that Honda's or any other car is bad, it's that you have people with an attitude making the scene look bad. So one guy acts like his car is the best, and it casts a bad light on enthusiasts of that brand and all enthusiasts as well. There's alot of stuff in the scene I dont like, but I can respect and appreciate the efforts people put into their cars to personalize it to their liking.

While I am dumbfounded by the Honduh-loving community's insistence on modifying an inferior car, I encourage them to take their cars to the next level: go ahead, swap to a VTEC B-series, build the internals, and turbo the shit out of it...and you'll pretty much have the equivalent of a stock FWD turbo DSM. My whole 1990 Talon TSi AWD in perfect running condition cost less than a JDM B16 from an importer. Bottom line, Honduhs are for people who want to jump on a bandwagon (or win poorly judged shows), but turbo DSMs, turbo supras, rotaries, Z-cars, turbo/supercharged MR2s, WRXs, EVOs, TT 3000GTs/Stealths, and Starions/Conquests are for people who want to go fast and look good within the boundaries of good taste while doing so. Granted, Honduh's do have some power potential when taken to extremes, but it nearly always would be less complicated to do the same to one of the above cars.

A Yugo only weighs 1836 lbs? Imagine the HP-to-weight ratio if I can figure out how to swap a 4G63T into it! If people can put them into Hyundai Excels....
