Question wheels and tires

anyone have any tips for putting different wheels on a car?? do you haev to find a pic with the wheels at the same angle as the car wheels?? is there anyway to rotate a pic or sumthin like that?? how do you make the new wheels the right size?? on my first chop i just resized the wheel pic untill when i pasted it on the car, it looked right. any easier way???

Do what ever looks best. some times you can graft a set of wheelz from an ad and it'll come out awesome. other times you have to find a vehicle with the same angle. like I said, what ever works.

sometimes you gotta twist and manipulate them to work also. PaintShop pro works the best 4 me. I hate it when I can't get a set of wheelz to look right.

Photoshop right?

Just use edit>free transform for the resizing, that way you can do it heaps easier than the way you were doing it.
