Concorde Trading - they're Momo, and they have a wall full of seconds (but you can't even tell why, some of the time), and my wife's wheel wasn't even a second, but it was on that wall on special. They have quite a few wheels for under $300 And you get a brand name too, even though you're not fussed.

If you're an Skylines Downunder member then you could also try Kiwi Performance and or Advanced Imports International.
