to anyone who knows about tachs...

i bought a new cluster with a tach for my 92 1.9 wagon. i was told the wiring should be there, but when i hooked it all up the tach has no reading. also, the temp gauge is reading well below cold when the motor is definatly hot. any ideas? btw my old cluster didnt have a tach
