what color?

its a bit premature for me to ask this since i won't be painting my car til april or so, but, what color would you paint your car if you were to repaint it? i like the blue that calsonic uses but thats just for now. i'm just tryin to get suggestions b/c i can't narrow down what color i like. by the way, my projector silvia headlights (yes, i got the round) and clips are sittin in my garage, now i'm on the hunt for body panels. guess my cars gonna be two-tone for a while.

My choice would be yellow... I dunno why the rest of the board feels it's a "ricey" color. It looks great on Mustangs, Corvettes, and Vipers -- maybe a little too flashy but it certainly helps picking your car out from the parking lot (good/bad). If not yellow, maybe that Carribean Blue from the G35 or a dark shade of red... maybe crimson. Black seems too common and the dirt shines throughout the day, not to mention the fear of some idiot backing into you at night because he didnt see your car. :P

yellow is not ricey, just a lot of real ricey cars choose yellow....

JUN has some cars in nice yellow!

the carrib blue is sweet!
so is r34 Skyline blue, don't know code...Bayside Blue or something?
Lemans Sunset rocks as well!

why not pick up a side of wide fenders for a S13 silvia, this would end your hunting, give the front end a better look, and let you run a wider wheel up front. search ebay.

i'm not sure how much you guys like them but i like the m-sport fenders. i was thinkin of saving a bit for them.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2436860379

do you mean just runnin wide fenders in the front? how will that look in comparison to the rear? the auction fenders are wider but i know they come in a stock width too.

thats what I was talking about, those are prety cool.

They look good too up front just from the widening standpoint and it also adds a little vent for looks too. You probably have seen these types of fenders on a lot of D1 s13's....

definately a dark metalic grey, theres one here where I live, a 90 I believe, shows of the lines and everything PERFECTLY I don't know why but it looked so nice, then I messed my pants and had to go home and change so yea deffinately grey, cardomain also has someone with a 91-93 grey 240sx and it looks just as nice, 5 or 6 spoke rims look REALLY good with the color as long as the spokes are somewhat thin

chargespeed has nice fenders aswell. they are the same as those , but with two slots instead of 1 behind the wheel well.

as for the color. one day i was trying to sleep, and i was thinking of my s13 (when i get it :P ) and i suddenly thought.... WHITE... with red bride reclining seats. stock black interior. (anything ugly in the interior would be replaced with grey fabric).... and gunmetal wheels with a polished lip. < insert eek2 smiley here>

ofcourse, this would change when i get another night where i cant sleep. but hey... this is it for now ill do a photoshop rendering sooner or later and show u guys (and dayna) (and any transexuals i dont know about) what i mean.

ta-ra for now! gotta go get drunk and play football !

i saw one that was the stock dark grey a few weks ago, my friend almost bought it (he got an svt contour instead ), the grey is bad ass. and as far as white goes, the cars already white, and i know that white will look hot with the bronze wheels i have. i still have a few months....
