More regrets about buying an auto..
Im in a slump right now, because not only are manuals fun to drive, but WAY faster? I looked at the stats on team-integra.net and the manual can do 0-60 in 7.6, and the auto is 8.4 or something like that.
Is that with just putting it in D4 or actually in D1 and shifting at redline? If I drive it like a manual and go through the gears or modify the computer to shift at redline, can I keep up with a manual? (96 LS)

NO there is more HP and TQ loss in the drive train of a auto tranny than a manual. So even if you could get it to shift at the same rpm and shift as quick it would still be slower. Sorry man, manual tranny swap can solve it though

Well, doing that myself is out of the question, what type of shop would do that for you? I dunno if there would be too many around here.....plus the price would probably out of the question. Oh well, I'm used to it by now, and its nice to have an auto on mondays and when you are having one of those days.
