Civic vs Levin/Tureno

In one forum someone stated that the honda civic sir can out perform an ae101 and ae111 levin/tureno. I know stock for stock the levin/tureno ae101 gt-z and ae111 bz-r out preform the civic sir. does any boby second my opinion.

**I merged your two threads, because they are basically about the same subject. It'll also provide continuance to the subject**

Ae86 and Ae88 were the old school drift cars your thinking about, but what he is talkin about is the new Trueno/Levin which is Fwd if I'm mistaken so I'd say unfortunately the civic probably got the Trueno.

I'll side with the AE111 with this one.
Base motor: 4AGE
Valves: 20
HP: 165 @ 7800
TQ: 162 @ 5600
Bore x Stroke: 81.0 x 77.0
Compression: 11:1

Almost the same HP, and a lot more torque in car that is not that much heavier with a six-speed.

The other, optional motor in the T type is a 3EZZ motor with 192HP...that one competes with the CTR.

Some pics...

I know the U.S boys love there civic but the jdm levin/tureno ae101 with the 4agze supercharged, light weight front wheel drive, max power(ps) 170@6400, max torque 21.0@4400, DLI and intercooler and stock dual exhaust. The only civic that going to give this a run (we are talking stock) is the new type-r civic. For the guy that don,t agree the most powerfull 1600 engine out of Japan is the 4agze. Here is an old piture of mines. http://www.4age.net/gallery/later/039.jpg

I have nothing to do with Levin/Trueno or Civics....but this thread seems fun to me.... Simply because it's the rest of the world (Trueno) VS. Americans (civics). I said americans simply because of all the ricers. I want to see who wins...I live in america but the cars here are shit compared to the rest of the world.... No Silvias, no Levins/Truenos, Skylines, Peugot (spelling), integra type r, no old STIs or old EVOs and other good cars....We get shit like normal civics, corollas and Ford Focus.....Nuf said

You need to learn how to post links better.

This one works:
http://sohc.vtec.net/video/ctr/civicr-08.avi

And yah, the SiR gets creamed by the AE111...
