Fuse Box

This is probably a stupid question. Just started using my mother in law's 87 LeSabre. The turns signals don't flash, they just stay on solid. I'm assuming it needs a new flasher, but I can't find the fuse Box and I don't have the owner's manual. Where's the fuse box??

The flasher unit will be under the steering column to the right side of the column. It will be clipped and secured out of sight. You might have to use a flashlight to find a silvery unit. It will be the same as the four way flasher unit but they never put them next to each other for us to find.
Good Luck.

Thanks. For the record, I found out that the fuse box is behind a plastic trim panel to the left of the steering column. The access clips are hidden by the driver's door, when it's closed.
