Question squeaking noise

Hi!! I'm new to the board and appreciate any advice!!! Ok, my '96 Neon just started making this annoying squeaking noise. I only hear it when I first start to drive or when I'm driving slower; I don't hear it when I'm driving faster. Its coming from the front passenger side; if that matters. Should I be worried by this problem? What could be causing it? Its just so incredibly annoying! Again any advice would be great!!! Thanks!

I Have A Sqeaking Noise Coming From The Same Area, Min Eis From Stripped Lug Nut Threads And The Hub Caps Are Loose. The Other Thing Could Be Your Brake Indicators Or Hubs.

Probably the alternator belt...that makes a horrendous noise when the car is started sometimes...and if too much power is being drawn. Mine always squeaked when the fans kicked in, or just anytime it wanted to it seemed. If youve had belts put it recently, they may have broken in and got loose, just have them tightened if this is the problem.
