98 sl

ok i just got a 98 3000gt sl. i know it isn't a vr-4 but it's really pretty. right now i'm deciding wheater i should try and make it fast or if it is even worth it. I'm either going to make it fast or put a nice system in it and roll like a pimp. What do u think? is it worth it if it is only a SL? or shoud i just stick to looks and sounds? thanks

You can make it decently fast, but dont think you will have a street monster. I would do a couple of engine mods, maybe a LSD, but mainly looks.

If you're happy with its current performance, I wouldn't bother with the go fast mods. Your gains will be fairly small unless you put down a fair amount of money and work into it. With the SL, I'd go with the interior mods and 'roll like a pimp'
