97 Back Trunk Panel Lens

I have a 1997 corolla and on the trunk lid between teh tail lights is a plastic panel/lens that matched the stock tail-lights. I recently replaced the tail lights with euro style lights so the back of my car doesn't look right. My question is does anyone know where I could find a panel/lens that would match my euros.

I got Euro/Altezza lights for my 97 Corolla DX from Matrixracing.com, and the lights i got came with a center panel. I know what you mean regarding the mismatched look, but do you have the grey center bar, or the red reflector bar (Corolla DX model?) because i had the original red bar for while and it looked good to me. The unfortunate thing about matrix racing is i don't believe they sell the center bar seperate, and i went through 2 sets because the first ones got moisture in them, which i found on the second pair that i had to use a clear sylicon sealant to keep the moisture out.
