Supercharging a civic

Hi, i have a 98 civic hatchback. say if i were to put another engine in like the H22a engine and put on a supercharger. would that work? and would i have to get the prelude supercharger then? and for other aftermarket products like intake, do i still get the civic ones. Thanks

As far as the SC kit yes you have to get the kit that is for the car that the motor originally came in. As far as the intake I am not sure about which one will fit, I would do a search and see what that turns up.

when you supercharge it moves your throttle body so any intake you get you'll have to cut it to fit anyways, but its not that hard, i did it

remember h22 sleeves are prone to cracking under forced induction. post or re-sleeve them, then crank the boost
