My Wifes Rodeo
Its a 2000 that we bought new in December 00.. Great vehicle, if not a little small for me (I'm a big guy).
Recently, when following behind her one evening, I noticed her rear driver side brake light wasn't working, but the driving lights would. Brake lights work fine, during the day without the lights on... Is this a short, or a bulb replacement problem? I have removed the assembly a few times trying to figure this out, and don't know if the same bulb for the brake light during the day (ie..no lights) is the one used for nightime driving? Anyone? |

Anyone..
I'm leaning towards a short, since it seems to work intermitently, and is the same bulb. Guess I'll have to pay the dealership to fix it. |

Did you try a replacement bulb? I think that's a dual filament bulb- maybe one of the filaments is bad.
