Re: I Need Help Fast With My Lights!!!!!
....you're not making a whole lot of sense really. If you removed your DRL (Daytime Running Lights) fuse, then you should be able to manually control your headlights. I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish with that question.
I'm also confused by the fog lamp question. You just want to turn your fog lamps on somtimes? If I remember correctly, you have to do some re-wiring for that.

So....... you pulled the DRL fuse and your Auto on (or whatever they're called) lights still come on.
I've got a 98 GTP and pulled the fuse and have had no such problems. For a quick fix you could engage the parking brake one click and it should turn off the "auto lights" without engaging the parking brake. Maybe the light sensor in the dash (middle of dash near window) is bad or some shit. |

ok well yeah that fixes it, but then the damn parking brake stays on, ok just to really make sure, the drl fuse is like the only one if you open the cover and look kinda towards your left its alone i think green wiring or a green casing. i know thats the one cause the daylights wont come on now.
if my sensor is bad what would i have to do to fix that or take it out so the damn lights wouldnt come on all together till i turned the switch on? sorry i just got the car about a month ago and am still learning about it. thanks for your help. |
