Ecm?
My Seville STS 1992 with 4.9 Liter V-8 has a message code
ECM. What does that mean? The only problem with the car is the Climate Control on the Instrument Cluster Panel does not work all the time. This is frustrating. Does the ECM control the climate control? I have had the car since new and it has 167,000 miles on it.

What do you mean ECM? Is the display showing 'ECM?' ....if so it in diagnostics asking if you want to see the ECM data.
Climate control....what are you getting? '--' in the display indicates a loss of data issue. When this happens does it go into defrost mode? If so its a bad computer or bad cluster. Logan

The Ecm Takes In Info From The Car And Send It To The Computer This Can Be Replace In 10 Min. And $50.00
