if you are goin to be driving the car every day on the road. then i would go with the b20, because i read an article by one of the guys on HCP engineering, and they put and h22 into a 4th gen hatch which is about the same weight to the crx, and they said that they had power out the ass, but it had no handling what soever, so IMO i would go with the b20

b20, the h22 would make the weight distribution way off i would think. also arent the h22 swaps alot more expensive then the b20 swaps, and harder to fit. my

Re: B20 Vs H22

B20 because of the increased difficulty with putting an H22 in a 4th gen.

If you were driving a 5th gen though.. H22.

The h22 would kick ass, cause my best friends b18a1crx beat a 1990 model prelude with a b20, and i am prety sure an h22 would woop a b18a1

when was the last time u saw an h22 in a 4th gen in person?

the only way to get one in is by cutting and re-welding the frame... otherwise it cannot physically fit. i dont know where u think u saw all these h22's in 4th gens but i think u should double check.

puttin an h22 in a 5th gen is easy, but thats a totally diff engine bay.

get a b18c5 if uve got the money, would cost less then the total cost of an h22 swap, 15 less horsepower but a lot more upgrade options.
