Hi! I'm from Europe exactly from Slovenija - tha's in OLD Yugoslavia. 3 weeks back I bought a Nissan Primera 1.6 SLX 1991. I saw that you in North America have only 2 liter engines. Well here in Europe we have three versions of this car (year '91-'96)

We have a Nissan Primera 1.6 SLX, Primera 2.0 SLX and Primera GT.
I'm driving a Primera 1.6 SLX, that means it has 90hp.

Why am I writing this. Becouse I saw that no one in this forum is from Europe. So if you need any information of this great cars in Europe, you can contact me here and ask me.

BTW, my english isn't wery good but with little patience we will communicate.

Oh, I almost forgot. Where has my Primera the biggest torque. I can't find this data anywhere on the internet.

And boys you don't know how great your cars look. In Slovenia there is none cars like yours. You could be proud having such a beauty's.

Have a nice day & keep cool.

well i tried looking for some specs on the motor, but no luck. i found lots of webpages about them, but none are in english, most likely because they never had that motor over here in the US.

Hey, Primoz (ak Renegade)

I am from Estonia, and this is in Europe (at least was the last time I checked)

As far as I knw, there have been different versions of 1,6 engine. IF you could tell me the power (kW) and the fuel supply system (injectors, carb), I will tell you what you want to know.

It's OK.

Now, you have 66kW at 6000 rpm and 133 Nm of torque at 4000 rpm. Hope this helps.

Just save up $/£ and stick a SR20VET under the hood. 280 hp

Feel free to email me if you have any other questions (or just to talk)
