Hey, Tired your email but I couldn't get it to work. Don't actually have a chevette for sale, but was actually wondering if you knew much about them :S, I have an 84 chevette 2 door with a 4 speed tranny. Came with the 1.6 litre but the piston rings and such are out of it now so we were just lookin at boltin up a v6 or v8, How easy are they to bolt up to the tranny do you know? Any Help would be appriciated
And yes, I'm from Iowa too, and picked mine up for $150 with a really decent body and license and everything, Don't really know where you could get another one but ill keep my eyes out for one. On second thought... I do know of a yellow one in a junkyard up here by Strawberry, i dont think the body is too bad but the engine might be shot?, when i last opened the hood it had a woodchuck or somethin livin in it but if you were desperate i dont think the bodys too bad. you can e-mail me back if interested or if you had any help [email protected]
