How to make small writing
Here's a quick how-to on making small print. All you need is thick ballons like from a flower shop (white works good) scisscors and a ball point pen. First you blow-up the ballon to a good size and then get the ball point pen and write whatever on it. Then SLOWLY make a small hole with the pen and squeeze the air out. Watch as your writing shrinks and then trim it to fit your needs. You could put a little piece of styrene or cardboard whatever and make it appear like a sign. Thats all it takes. Sorry I don't have pictures but I don't have a digital camera.

You don't have to poke it with a pen. You could poke it with a safety pin etc. if you want to but it works for me. It's not like you shove the pen in just make a small hole.

Re: Re: -
let me clear it up...when u poke the dark area of the balloon, ie. the part where u tie it, there is more rubber there. so, there is no pressure to "pull" the thin parts of the blown up baloon. its like when u stretch a rubber band...theres a pressure for it to go back to the original form. same concept with a balloon.

put a tape over the balloon and stick a pin thru the tape, the balloon won't explode.
