Angry exhaust manifold = car problems???? wtf??

i've got a 98 civic ex, i want to know if a crack in my exhaust manifold would cause the car engine or any other part of the car any harm. and plus since the crack and stuff i've been having the car jump when i push real hard on the accelerator. i've got an automatic transmission. anybody got any ideas?? thanks..

You should replace the manifold ,you could get exhaust fumes in passenger compartment and it could effect performance.the other problem could be a broken motor mount or tranmission slipping.
good luck
