I just totaled my audi A4 and now i am looking at 1994 and 95 325s, i hear they have bad maintence and require alot, is this true?

Some BMW's do need a lot of maintence. It just depends on how it was driven, and how well the previous owner(s) have taken care of it. Most of the do need a lot of maintence. You'd be better off looking at a newer one, maybe 98,99 if you can afford it.
