A lot of camber looks really cool, but the car will handle weird and the tires will wear out faster(they will get a groove carved on the tread). Try 1 or 2 degrees.

Yeah, if you take the wheel out, there should be an allan bolt right above the shaft. Shove an allan wrench in there and wrench clockwise till you can't tighten no more, but don't wrench it too hard or you'll strip the plastic. Bee carefull!
Post some pictures of the whole chassis so I can see it!

The way camber helps, is so more of the wheel surface is touching the ground. Get your remote control car, turn the front wheels to the left, then put a bit of weight on the right side of the car. You want to simulate the way the car turns. For the best turning abilities, you want the whole wheel surface to be touching the ground. Also too much camber will wear out the tires a lot faster (like Sexy beast said...) but with my car, I had full camber on the back for a few runs just to test it out, and it lowered the back of the chassis and it really scratched up the bottom. It is up to you about how you want to do it, but you said that you wanted it like a drifter, but that doesn't make it easier to drift...
