Getting ready to order JDM swap.......

I was going to order my B18c1 swap from http://www.jspecautosports.com/newja...S%20HONDA.html and it says it includes JDM wiring harness. Does this mean I have to buy a USDM harness too? Can I just use the JDM harness and splice it in?

You can just splice the harness you don't need to buy a USDM one too.

You may want this flange also, as JDM exhaust manifolds with 2.5" collectors aren't exactly usdm exhaust pipe-friendly. I need this too because my Civic Type R mani is way too big for my Apexi N1. My actual exhaust piping is 2.5" but the flange on it (connecting it to the mani) is for a 2" header. Take this part below to a muffler shop and they'll weld it to your exhaust for like $30 (if you don't have a buddy with a welder). My exhaust leaks and sounds like shit because of it. These things here cost $70 & $35... expensive, but worth it.

Thanks for the info. That flange looks standard. Looks like a chevy pick up flange.

Re: Getting ready to order JDM swap.......

but this is a special JDM flange
If a Chevy flange fits on your exhaust by all means let me know. I'd rather pay $20 for something that works rather than $105 for something super special.

Technically speaking, you don't need the JDM wiring.
If your car is OBD1, it's plug and play except for the vtec wires.
BTW, the price you got for the GSR sucks.
3050 i give you engine + tranny + ecu + supports + axles exhaust manifold with it's downpipe.
Shifter + linkage is available.

PM me if you have questions.
Having done this swap a couple of times, i can help.
