gtr buying checklist

The fact is, the gtr is an amazing machine, substantially better than almost everything we drove 'before' we discovered it. But let's not fool ourselves, there are good ones and BAD ones out there. and it takes a lot of driving them to pick out the ragged-out bones from the solid cars.

does anyone have a checklist of 'what to look for' when buying...i.e. discoloration of upper exhuast = car was likely run hot. (just an example, not true as far as i know)

and i don't mean standard stuff for any car, i mean specifically for gtr's.

a 'what to look for' from the experienced moderators/mechanics would be a great addition to this forum, huh?? might save us all a lot of headaches. please, please, pretty please...
