automatic to stick converstion

I have a 93 Honda Civic DX Coupe and want to change it to a stick transmission and also want to replace my stock engine and put a VTEC head. I dont know what I would need to do in order to make any of those things happen. If anyone has a list or can recommend any kind of information to me I would appreciate it asap. Thanks
