does it really make any difference in performance you can really feel?

You can feel the difference. Especially when passing. It is still for sale if interested.

not to hate, but I have one and I couldn't feel a difference. I used the 160 thermo and 'hioctane' engine tuning settings (the only power related) and gtech'd the car before/after, didn't make a difference, within a 0.10 of a second either way.

Why are you selling it? Did you like the results?

I was selling because I needed the money for a dog fence. Now I sold my 98 Tahoe and got a Trailblazer. I traded it so I didnt give them the programmer. I could tell a good bit of difference especially when passing. Shifting is much more firme and shift points change. I had a dual exhaust, air raid filter, and the 160 thermostat. To me, those are the first things that should be done for performance.

Is the programmer memory clear???(in order for it to be used again the stock programming had to be unloaded back to your car.) Just curious since it would almost be useless if it wasnt unloaded before you got rid of your tahoe.

Yes the program has been reinstalled to the programmer and the truck back to stock. Also it has been sold. Thanks everyone.
