99 Z71 front end seems to bouce too much..

When driving on the highway it seems like my front end is a superball. I can almost get seasick if I look at the hood & how much it moves. Is this normal?

1999 What kind of milage.. over 25k ? Test ...park the vechicle on a level surface... from the right and left side seperatly push down on each quarter 3 times...It should bounce once then ease back to normal hight.... if it continues to bounce up and down I would have the shocks absorbers check both front and rear. abnormal tire ware (scalaped) would support that the shocks are defected.

hope this helps
