well you can get one but not the other...with the TB spacer the FIPK wont fit. I went with the FIPK on my 4.8 and I love it. Very noticeable difference in power.

Re: Tb Spacer or Fipk worth it??
Ive heard the TB spacer is worthless and not worth the money but i have a 00 5.3 and the FIPK was worth every penny. Go for it you wont be dissapointed.

I just installed a TBI Spacer on my 5.7L 350 V8 and was impressed for the amount of money it costed me. I bought it on ebay for $35 shipped to my door, took about 30 minutes to install, and made a noticeable difference. It feels quicker off the line and improves gas mileage. It is cheap and worth every penny. I plan on getting a K&N FIPK and it will fit because I have a body lift on my truck already. I have heard nothing but the best about the kit and can't wait to buy it. I would recommend the TBI Spacer to anybody. Its cheap and easy.
