Box types
Is it possible to fit most 15" subs into a dual 15" hatchback box? Although I have an SUV, the hatchback box allows for the most amount of cubic feet per side that I can find without making my own box.

I suppose it's possible ... but the sound quality and quantity will vary pretty wildly in anything other than a sealed box. The box/speaker/car interactions are the most important things to consider for good performance
