not sure, but they look very similar to konig toxxins.

hahaha well the pic looks like it was taken in japan so ur looking at a pretty penny for those wheels...and they'll be very hard to find

if u really want to know what wheels they are try to make out some of the company names on the side...that'll be ur best bet
