Front Bumper Removal
does anyone know how to get the front bumper of a 2001 neon es off?

get yourself a Haynes manual for the neon. the only manual I can find in any store is the 95-99 volume. you can find it in any good auto store and it gives you step by step instructions on that stuff and most bumpers are standard anyways. good thing you don't have my problem and need to drop the engine, among other problems just to change the timing belt. Things have been updated since the 99s.
