|
do u have to purchase anything else to istall a cold air intake?
i just got a 2001 civic and i am looking to work on my egine unfortunally i don't much so i am looking for soemone to help me... so my question is i have nothing on my engone right now i just bought a cold air intake will i be able to put this on my car all alone or do i need soemthing else ?

the intake should come with all the hardware, and it should come with a filter, and it should come with clamps for everything. so when u get it look to see what u all get.

All the hardware should be included with it. Very easy to install. Just mostly a couple bolts and clamps.

hey guys, when you get a cold air intake, will that help alot by itself, or do you really need exhaust to go with it to get the full benefits?
what kind of improvement would I see with just the intake? |

Header, Intake, Catback Exhaust generally gives about 9-15 horsepower all together, average is probably around a 10hp gain for all those 3 together.
