I have a 95 Honda Accord with a Honda factory 6 disk changed mounted in the truck. RAdio and cassette deck work fine, but the display for the CD changed recently went to E - 1. Now it won't play anything, or even eject the magazine. Is this a problem with the changer, fuses, wiring to the changer....? It's worked fine for about 8 years....

I also have a 95 Accord that had this problem. I ended up taking the changer apart and cleaning everything and it worked again.

I think that's a dirty/misaligned lens problem

Re: Factory CD Changer error
Hi, I was wondering if you found a solution to your problem? I am having the exact same problem with my 95 Honda Accord. My error is CDE-01.
Thanks! John Quote:
