On a whim... Anyone know how to fix this?

Just got the zc running, its throwing me a code 4, 13, and 16 (Fuel injectors? Wtf they are brand new rc's!) So I swithed the wires for the crank angle sensor and no deal, still the code.

Cars got a small oil leak from the pan and a small coolant leak from somewere and it hits a rev limit type situation at around 3100 rpm's...

4) CPK 13) Barometric Pressure 16) Fuel Injector

my buddy had the same problem with his HB (about the 3100 rev limit) and he got a new distributor and it solved the problem, but i dunno.
