hey everyone i just bought a 1988 crx si but it does not have an si engine it has a d15b2 engine that ok but i need to know how to change the valve seals , if some one could please help please do. i only paid 4 hundred bucks for the car so i didnt really care, but i need it to stop burning oil please help.

Probably would be best is to yank the head and take it to a shop. That way it could be inspected for cracks, trueness, seals and guides. By the time you have spent the $$$$$ to get the neccesary tools, for most cases a one time use is really not worth it. Unless you have them already. The HELM's manual has the steps need to do it. Really never have checked any of the others like Chilton, Haynes(sp).
The vavle seals are different for intake and exhaust tho...
