RB26DETT into a 1994 MAX?
just want to know if its possible. dont flame me with the labor part...... i knwo it would take a lot of cash and labor. im not even really wanting to do it, just wondering. and i possible i mean would it be about as easy as a 2jz into a 240sx. i do know that i wold have to convert it to rwd and get a new rear axle. plus move engine and prob. trany mounts. Just thought it would be kind of cool to see or hear of some one doing, plus a mean sleeper.

this questions ben asked like a billion times before and the usual conclusion is that it is possible to do but highly improbable. just to have the engine fit would take radical reconstruction of the engine bay. you're better off having a skyline shipped and legalized. or doing an rb25det swap into a 240.

You can do it but its going to be hard to swap it. Engine bay's are about the same size I guess b/c I have seen pics of a 350Z with one and saw few pics of a skyline with the vq3.0 and 3.5 in the car making around 467 for the 3.0 and close to 600 for the 3.5

The new JGTC skylines use the vq30 instead of the rb26.
