Block sleeves

Whats the best block sleeves (non-vtec H23)... estimate cost to get installed? safe street boost with rods, pistons, headwork, entire fuel system(pump, rails, lines, 550injectors and hondata to run it all) stock transmission and axles however. ??? any help advice or opinions are valued thank you

I'm not sure about any of the questions as far as answers for them other than I was quoted it would cost me about $1200 to get my D16 motor sleeved.
