Question '96 Sway bar bushings

I have a '96 DOHC Taurus. When cornering fast from 1 side to the other there is a clunk. I suspect the 2 sway bar bushings are jelly. 70,000 miles. I took a look and getting to the 2 bolts per bushing looks like a real challenge. Has anyone changed these out?
