Dimming Mirror

hi, i´m from germany, so sorry my bad english!!
i think, i´ve got just a easy question:
i´ve buyed a dimming mirror from a surburban with compass and degree!
can i switching the dimming mode on or off, why the little green led in front doesn´t work? and the switches "com" and "temp" not glow, is this normaly?
this are my connections:
the first pink wire is 12V + the next black wire is ground the next three green gray and red are not connect, the last two green/white and black/white go to the outside temp probe!
who can help me?
