Angry Parking Brake release

On my 85 crown vic, the parking brake is released via a vacuum line whenever the gear shift is moved from park. How do I get to the vacuum line behind teh shift column to repair? The constant hiss is driving me crazy!

well my 89 vic did the same thing the switch it attached with two screws you have to remove these two screw then after that you take the slide part of this switch and you slide it up were it would be in park then put this switch somewhere where it weont be in your way then put it all back together with the vacum switch not in place then you shoulnt hear a hiss noise nomore but then you will not have the auto release no more well have fun
